7 Week Session: Wednesday, January 22nd- Friday, March 7th; possible poor weather make up dates: March 12th-14th and March 19-21st 2025

This session runs from mid-January through early March and provides members with a weekly share of frost-sweetened spinach leaves during the depths of winter when good greens are hard to find.

Winter Spinach Club pickups will take place in the Green Things Farm Collective farm stand located at 3825 Nixon Rd. Ann Arbor, MI 48105. During this membership session, members can pick up their bag(s) of spinach from our farm stand cooler anytime between 3 pm on Wednesday afternoon and 7pm on Friday evening.

The winter spinach club distribution schedule is weather-dependent. In the case that a week is missed due to freezing temperatures that prevent the spinach from thawing out for harvest, we will add a week to the end of the session as long as the weather permits.
